We are thrilled to present a newly designed webpage to serve our community, at no cost to the HOA. Our expectation is to provide current information, immediately accessible to our members. Please help spread the news! Here are our community’s recent happenings:
- As part of the Annual Meeting on Nov. 10th, we held elections for the vacant board positions. We are happy to welcome the newly elected Mike Garrison, Kit Gonzales, and Robert Rusche to the board. Thank you for volunteering to serve the community! To view officer positions, please refer to the Board of Directors section.
- The Annual Meeting Minutes, along with 2 additional board meeting minutes, are now posted under Homeowners section. Please contact the board for the new password.
- We are currently transitioning to a new management company, NuVu Property Management. A welcome letter and dues notices will be sent out the first week of January by the new company. So be on the lookout for a letter and email (for those who requested it) from NuVu. If you have any questions, please reach out to the board.
